Undocumented Mentorship Academy 

The Undocumented Mentorship Academy (UMA) is one of our most valued programs. The program provides a space for undocumented youth to enjoy mentorship opportunities and foster relationships with community members. They engage in social activism and professional development skills geared towards preparing them for a career. Program highlights include:

  • Three cohorts with a total of 30 students from the cities of Riverside, Ontario, Bloomington, Upland, San Bernardino, Nuevo, and Montclair.

  • Workshops on topics like Story of Self, Social Justice History of the IE, and Civic Engagement an an Undocumented Student. The students also participate in a legislative visit

  • A $500 scholarship
